By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your workspace. Keep your API tokens secret.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity, including fake discounts or phishing. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
Payments & refunds
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Pro-rated refunds are available within 14 days of a new subscription.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, utm.coupons is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend the service for material breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
